1. Period of the guarantee begins with the date issued on the invoice, that is to be received on the delivery of the goods, and is valid for twenty-four (24) calendar months.

2. Guarantee is issued by Company Kontos AS for replacement or repair of the good, not for money back.

3. Guarantee is valid only if good has not been through other technical engagement or service except Kontos AS technical department.

4.Necessary for guarantee's validation is that conditions mentioned above are fulfilled and that product has to be checked by the technical department of Kontos AS in order to decide if product is to be repaired or replaced.

5. Validation of the guarantee is only provided if product has been delivered defective and damage has not been caused by other circumstances or bad use (for example guarantee is not provided if starter has been damaged through bad use of the battery or starter switch)

6. Kontos As bears the shipping costs for the product in guarantee if incorrect function has been detected. Otherwise shipping costs are to be beard by buyer.

7. Guarantee DOES NOT cover any service costs (working costs) for removing or placing the part into the vehicle.
